Hello and thank you for taking a look at our site. We are Bella Vista Real Estate Finance, and we've been doing business in the Inland Empire since 2003. We are a traditional mortgage and real estate brokerage that represents real estate buyers and sellers for purchases and refinances.

There are many different loan products on the market, and there are many different reasons for purchasing and refinancing real estate. Our job is to discuss our clients' reasons for entering the market, then advise them on the product that serves their needs most effectively. If they agree, we go about procuring the funds they need and finding a suitable property.

We've attempted to turn the pages of this website into a pathfinder for those who would like to know where to start and where to go from there. We've discovered that the place to begin a real estate adventure is at the table with a competent mortgage professional, so as not to put the cart before the horse. If you follow the main navigation at top, you'll be led through the general qualification process, then a discussion of loan products, and finally to a section where you can run numbers and search for properties. We are also approved with HUD to make bids on HUD Homes on behalf of our clients.

We've tried to keep the information in this site as generic as possible, in order to be useful for the broadest range of prospective market participants.
